Delivery and collection services may be subject to a charge depending on the location and circumstances; however, we are always happy to arrange collection from our head office where possible to help customers avoid these additional costs.

However, as we primarily work with businesses, it is common for customers to already have an existing fleet insurance policy in place, which can often be used to cover the rental vehicle.

All vehicles are also registered with our breakdown assistance service, and the relevant contact details will be provided should support ever be required.
